The founder Sri Kisan Lokande, an Ex-Military Officer from Indian Army and a Member of Institute of Industrial Security Training, Mumbai. He has rich experience in the prime field of Security, fire and Vigilance with Various heavy Industries. He is a qualified Fire Fighter, Defense and Damage Control School, Maharashtra, and an awardee of CRISIL Achievement awards as Managing Director.

He has an ambition and commitment to impart the professional training in the prime field of Security and fire to unemployed youth and make them as dedicated Security Professionals who will deliver the Quality Security solutions with utmost care and confidentiality with in the framed time.
